RED KITE ROASTERS COLLABORATION

We’re excited to announce our collaboration with Red Kite Roasters to produce our finest Coffee Porter yet…

Before the second lockdown we set about carefully planning to brew a deliciously rich Coffee Porter using Red Kite’s incredible roasted coffee beans. These coffee aficionados only import responsibly sourced beans with the very best flavours, and since opening have expanded their business into a coffee shop and restaurant.

After finding people who shared as much enthusiasm for coffee as we do about beer, we knew we could create something special. We invited them over to drop off the beans and help us brew.

Sam from Red Kite said, ‘It’s very exciting to do something new like this, I have vast experience in drinking beer but not much in brewing it!’

Together we blended roasted Ethiopian beans with chocolate malt, to create a perfectly balanced, creamy bodied porter.

We’re very excited about this beer and can’t wait for our customers to try it! If you want to try this collaborative Porter but are afraid it could be a while before you’re able to drop by our taproom fear not – we’ve bottled it!
