Here’s what’s happening this January…

As we look to the New Year, we’ve got some exciting announcements this month – from outdoor updates to taproom info, plus a new spot in Knaresborough.

We’d like to say a massive thanks to everyone who supported us in 2023, from the first summer beer festival we’ve ever hosted (stay tuned for the next!) to our 3 day Christmas party, quiz and band performance – we’re so grateful for our local community and all the support you give us. Here’s to 2024!

Room for Improvement

Our large outdoor shelter served us well during Covid, but we now feel it’s time to make a bit more use of our outdoor space.

We’re currently excavating down the side of the brewery to create more room for cask storage and other brewery items, we’re also looking to implement a more sturdy, outdoor shelter – hopefully something a bit cosier too!

Feb Taproom

Our Taproom will reopen Friday 2nd February from our usual time of 4pm, but we’ll still be open for off-sales during January and you can order beers through our online store also. Our brewers and staff will be in during the week so if you have any questions (or just fancy a chat) please come through!

We’re excited to have a new vendor booked in for our first food van of the year – Squid and Tonic (based in Ripon) will be with us Saturday 3rd February serving hearty pies with mash and peas!

Knaresborough Unit

Finally, you may have seen a few stories about us taking over a new industrial unit. As those who have visited our brewery will know, we’re very short on storage (even with two mezzanines!) so we’ve taken on a new unit in the Hambleton Grove Estate in Knaresborough, predominantly for storage and room for production.

We’re excited to have this new opportunity to increase production and offer a wider product range – bringing out new beer releases and collaborations (plus to bring back some old favourites from before!).

We’ve also received licensing permission for the unit, with a view to potentially set up another Taproom somewhere down the line. Don’t worry though, our Taproom in Harrogate isn’t going anywhere.
