Gold Top Stout

MOOve over porters, because there’s new dark ale in town – A pint of our 4% Gold Top Stout in this cold weather is just what the doctor ordered.

This hearty, roasty, stout is brewed with lactose, giving it a smoother, silkier finish. It will be pouring at the taproom over winter so make sure you drop in to try this udderly delicious beer!

December Sunday Roasts!

Our November roast dinners went down such a treat that we’ve decided to continue them into December!

At a cost of £10 and served from 1pm-6pm, you can either eat in, or pop in for a pint and grab one to takeaway.

Booking is recommended, on the menu this month is:

Sunday 3rd – Pork Shoulder or Veggie Galette

Sunday 10th – Roast Beef or Cauliflower Steak

Sunday 17th – Gammon or Quorn Roast

Christmas at HBCo

We’ll be open our usual Friday-Sunday for the first three weekends of December, then in the last week here’s all the info you need:

• Monday 18th – Closed
• Tuesday 19th – Closed

• Wednesday 20th Dec (5pm-Late) – Christmas Party! (Ticketed event. Includes an Xmas dinner, drink on arrival, quiz and music)

• Thursday 21st Dec (5pm-10pm) – The Hookstone Chase Quiz. If you didn’t make our xmas party we’ll be hosting another festive quiz where walk-ins are welcome.

• Friday 22nd Dec (4pm-10pm) – Ripon Brass Band will perform from 7pm, we’ll also have deals on beers and fresh mince pies.

We will be CLOSED after Friday 22nd until our tap reopens Friday 2nd February 2024.
